I support clients who feel anxious, depressed, dysregulated, afraid, distracted, and disconnected, or in pain, feel more embodied, confident, and calm. Through somatic-based practices, EMDR, nature-based therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities, I work with you to process trauma, build trust, and find alignment — emotionally, physically, and energetically.
The foundation of my practice is based on the premise that humans are inherently whole and want to move toward connection, health, and wellbeing. We can get there by understanding and moving through difficult emotions, as well as processing past traumas. Equally important, and critical to the process, is finding a sense of joy, comfort, calm, and safety.
I specialize in acute and complex trauma, PTSD, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, perfectionism, shame and guilt, adult ADHD, chronic pain, and working people who identify as empaths.
Heavily influenced and inspired by ecopsychology, I love to work outside and can meet you on the trail (in Grand County). I also work out of an office in Winter Park or online. EMDR work is done indoors (in person or online), but we can use nature-based tools and practices to find a sense of calm and peace, helping you to feel more resourced during the EMDR process.
I would be honored to help you find what makes you feel grounded and connected to yourself and others. Seeking a therapist is a self-compassionate and courageous choice, and I’m here to support you along the way.
