I work with a holistic lens to integrate the most recent neurological research with nature, mindfulness, art and movement to help my clients uncover their inherent joy. I primarily support folks who are on their journeys of recovering from trauma, depression, and/or anxiety. I am inspired by working with the organic creativity and curiosity that arises from simply being in supportive relationship in order to help my clients recover their deep wellspring of motivation and health.
I am trained in several evidence based practices for healing trauma including: EMDR, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Mindfulness, IFS and Eco-therapy. My graduate training is in mindfulness-based transpersonal psychology, and my work is different from traditional therapeutic approaches. I help my clients immerse themselves in nature, including their own true nature of love and wisdom. In addition to online and in office sessions, I offer outdoor therapy sessions during the warmer months.
